Perspectives from a Half-Marathoner - Not!

It did not work out logistically to run the Niagara Half. My wife did run and had her best time of the year in the pouring rain. Very inspiring. I am proud of her. I now gear down my training for awhile and then gear up for a race-to-be-determined in the spring.
