Welcome a New Blogger - Another Canadian ADR Site

I just wanted to let you all know that there is a new ADR site up and running. The site is run by Blaine Donais. He has written what appears to be a very interesting book - Workplaces That Work - which is also the name of his site. He is having a book launch this Wednesday which I hope to attend.
